Farewell to Peter Brine

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Foundation Pupil, Peter Brine, on August 4th 2024.

Peter was a kind and generous benefactor of the school and the funds he donated will go towards the upcoming renovation of the school whare, in accordance with his wishes.

Foundation trustees, and staff and students of the school attended his tangi and the school performed a haka as Peter’s body was carried out.

The Foundation wishes to extend their heartfelt sympathies to Peter’s family.
